Roy Boswell is a half-Finnish, half-British sound, text, and performance artist from Helsinki. 

Since 2012 he has worked extensively in Finnish contemporary dance & performance as a designer, sound dramatist and performer, as well as developing his own lecture performances, installations and sound works.

His current practice is focused around a loose concept of the ‘audio play’, sound art works which hang on a narrative or textual framework, and borrow from an array of mediums including performance art, moving image, participatory and site specific artworks, and more.

His work has been broadcast and shown in various exhibition and performance spaces and contexts around the world, including The UK, Germany, Holland, Kurdistan and Australia.
