From August 25th to September 15th 2016 Irish sonic artist Damian O’Riain will be visiting Elektronmusikstudion again to develop spatiotemporal compositional strategies for a new multi-channel work. He will also be continuing a region specific (Stockholm/Mälaren environs) ambisonic soundscape project that draws on acoustic ecology, bio-acoustics, and cultural-geographic theory.
