About Our Courses
Since 1960, Elektronmusikstudion, EMS, has conducted extensive course activities in the form of introductory courses, continuing education courses and individual workshops.
Our courses are aimed at those who want to learn how to make electroacoustic music and sound art. The courses provide an introduction to the history, repertoire and aesthetics of electroacoustic music and provide technical and musical knowledge.
Most of our courses is held in Swedish, on site at Elektronmusikstudion EMS (online participation is not possible).
Introductory Course
The course introduces the history of EMS and the history and development of electroacoustic music and sound art. (Course description in Swedish)
Foundation Course
The course aims to provide sufficient technical and musical knowledge to independently create electroacoustic music. (Course description in Swedish)
