Book a Studio at EMS

If you are an active composer at EMS, you can use our online booking system to book a studio. Please note that EMS booking system is in Swedish only. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you:

1. Access the Booking System

• Visit https://bokning.elektronmusikstudion.se.
• Use Safari or Internet Explorer to log in with your username and password.

2. Select a Studio and Time

• In the left-hand menu, click “Boka Lokal” (Book a room).
• Use the calendar to choose your preferred date.
• Ensure you have selected the correct studio under “Resurs” (Resource) and the correct month under “Välj månad” (Choose month).
• Double-click the desired start time, then enter:
  • Starttid (Start time)
  • Sluttid (End time)
• Click “Spara” (Save) to complete your booking.

Note: You are not allowed to override another user’s booking.

3. Confirm Your Booking

Your booking must be confirmed on-site at EMS.

• When you arrive at the studio, log in to the booking system (länk) and click on your booking.
• Select “Bekräfta” (Confirm).
• The booking will change to dark green, indicating it is confirmed.

If you do not confirm your booking, it will automatically be cancelled, and the studio will become available for others to book.
