Daniela Huerta
At EMS May 5–12, 2025

Born in Mexico, Daniela Huerta is a Berlin-based multimedia artist, composer, and
researcher.
Exploring the intersection of sound and consciousness, Huerta channels mythology and
storytelling into a richly layered artistic practice that bridges the real and the imaginary,
creating vivid landscapes that aim to connect with the depths of the human psyche.
Rooted in myth and transmutation, her approach is equal parts raw and refined—a
boundary-pushing exploration of sound as a narrative force.
Huerta has performed at events and venues such as MUTEK.MX, CTM Festival, Heroines
of Sound, Radical Sounds Latin America, Kiezsalon, Centro de Cultura Digital (CCD),
Berghain, Neue Nationalgalerie, Roter Salon, and Silent Green, among others.
Her commissioned projects include works for Kunsthalle Baden-Baden, Musée d’Orsay, Centre Pompidou, MOCA Geffen Warehouse, and Musée du Luxembourg. Her debut LP, SOPLO, was released on Elevator Bath in October 2024.
