Sounding Future offers a unique forum for artists to explore and publish experimental sound projects, including 3D and ambisonic audio, as well as sharing knowledge and inspiration with an international community. EMS has curated an exclusive selection of composers with long-standing ties to the studio and Sweden&#8217;s electroacoustic music scene, presented in Sounding Future\u2019s 3D AudioSpace.\u200b<\/p>\n<\/external-link-icon><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"w-constrained richtext\"><external-link-icon>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/transience\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">David Granstr\u00f6m \u2013 &#8220;Transience&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br>An ambisonic version based on original material from the album <em>Empty Room<\/em> (Hallow Ground, 2021), remastered by Giuseppe Ielasi.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/miskas-25\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Helene Hedsund \u2013 &#8220;Miskas-25&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br>Stereo reduction of <em>MI\u0160KAS<\/em> (originally 12 channels). Recorded with forest sounds from Druskininkai, Lithuania, 2012. &#8220;MI\u0160KAS&#8221; means forest in Lithuanian.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/invisible-colours\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jens Hedman \u2013 &#8220;Invisible Colours&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br>The music is created solely from over thirty synthesizers, both vintage and modern.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/dense\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Kim Hed\u00e5s \u2013 &#8220;Dense&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br><em>Dense<\/em> builds on ideas of spatiality in relation to time. The music&#8217;s spatial and temporal changes create a continuously evolving polyphony, where imaginary places, spaces, and directions form the foundation of the music.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/change-12-58\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Mattias Petersson \u2013 &#8220;Change&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br>Originally performed live as a streamed concert during the COVID-19 pandemic, March 2021. Composed for a Buchla 200e system, controlled and processed with custom-developed software.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/utresa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Paulina Sundin \u2013 &#8220;Utresa&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br><em>Utresa<\/em> is part of <em>\u00d6ronblick<\/em>, a unique textile-light-sound\/music installation project created for the Textilmuseum in Bor\u00e5s, Sweden.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/toccata\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">P\u00e4r Johansson \u2013 &#8220;Toccata&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br>The title refers to free, improvisatory pieces for keyboard instruments from the North German Baroque, built from sections with different characters.\u200b<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/audiospace.soundingfuture.com\/tracks\/kontinenten\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Susanne Skog \u2013 &#8220;Kontinenten&#8221;<\/a><\/strong><br>&#8220;There was a continent.
