Since 2002 he has released over 15 albums, including “Interior Castle” (Moniker Records 2014) and “Grip the Moon” (Soft Abuse 2017), and in recent years has performed in New Zealand, Australia and Europe, including appearances at the Kraak Festival (Belgium) and Liquid Architecture (Australia).

In 2014 Kraus founded the Musical Electronics Library (MEL), a free lending library of hand-made electronic musical instruments, which currently has branches in Auckland and Wellington. He currently teaches Creative Sound Design at AUT University.
